He never had to return my call they always found him. Now I did call in the afternoon since I know he’s in court in the mornings, but for a lawyer of his caliber this is unheard of. John asks you what you want and fights for you. I gave John 3 things I wanted I got all 3, he would not give in until they agreed to them. He’s worked for the prosecutors office and knows their policies. It really helps to have someone that knows the job and knows both sides. I met with my supervised probation officer and I am going to check in by mail after today since I am deemed low risk. He fought for me. He would not give up, because he knew the law and what was fair. Not everyone can get probation obviously. However, John will be honest with you up front. He will tell you the range.
