About
John Q. Vaughan, Sr. attended the University of Southern Mississippi, where he graduated with honors. Early in his career, John was a highly successful businessman, being internally promoted within the corporate world to an executive position at a young age. Although John had this early success, he longed to pursue his lifelong goal of becoming an attorney. He picked up his family, moved to Georgia, and a few short years later, he graduated from John Marshall Law School with his Juris Doctorate. As a result of his business acumen and relationships with clients, he was offerred a partnership with a successful law firm immdiately following passing the bar. John humbly accepted the partnership and helped grow the firm to new levels of success. Shortly thereafter, John had developed a large client base and referral network which desired to work with him solely. It was at that realization that John broke off from his partnership and formed The Offices of John Q. Vaughan, LLC. Since that time, John has remained focused on the values and principles that helped him succeed at every level. He relentlessly pursues every case with passion and humility. He continues to treat every client with the respect and dignity he would expect from others, and maintains communication is the most part of his business.

I went to Mr. Vaughan to help me with several contracts, and to get legal advice on how to handle a potential law suit. Mr. Vaughan was patient and thorough. He took the time to review the contracts, make suggestions, and to explain things in a way that I could understand.
I was involved in an automobile accident that was not only traumatic, but very complicated. Even though I was completely stopped at a traffic sign, and the other driver left their lane and struck my car, effectively taking off the entire front end of the car, I was listed as being at fault. Did I mention that the car was 18 hours old? Yes, a brand new van with less than 30 miles on it. At any rate, my friend recommended that I call Mr. Vaughan, which I did from the crash site. Not only did he take my call immediately and personally, but he compassionately walked me through every step of the horrific process from the emergency room to final disposition. No question or concern was too trivial for Mr. Vaughan. He aggressively protected me from the other insurance company, and surprisingly my own insurance company! He was on the line with every phone call and fielded every question. He did not permit anyone to further victimize me. Mr. Vaughan was what an attorney is supposed to be, but regrettably rarely are. In the end all of my medical bills were taken care of, the other driver was taken care of, and I got a brand new van. Were it not for Mr. Vaughan's compassion, knowledge and unrelenting advocacy on my behalf the accident could have been catastrophic. I do not like attorneys, and I certainly have no trust in attorneys; however, Mr. Vaughan is, as I've already said, what and attorney is supposed to be. Should I or anyone I know ever need legal representation, Mr. Vaughan will be the first person called.
Mr. Vaughan with Lee & Vaughan was a great help toe during my time of stress. He kept in constant contact and returned my calls right away. He achieved results that I thought would be impossible.
