Advise executive team of rapidly growing renewable energy company, its U.S. operating subsidiaries, and international technology joint ventures on enterprise-driven legal issues, including acquisitions and divestitures, commercial transactions, intellectual property issues, technology licensing, environmental permitting and compliance, employment law, and commercial litigation matters.  Oversee all legal matters, including managing outside counsel, formulating and implementing corporate governance procedures, developing regulatory filings, facilitating investor relations and capital raising initiatives, structuring and drafting all contracts, and participating in all project-related development, regulatory, and financing activities.
