I employed a local law firm, Isaacs & Isaacs, that in turn sublet my case to John Lewis Smith of Faith, Engle, Smith. I contacted Smith just twice directly in over two years. When it became apparent that Smith was not doing his job by not returning my calls I complained to him in a voice mail, the only way I could communicate with him. After waiting 7 days for a reply I finally received a reply after a second voice mail complaint. Smith informed me he was no longer interested in representing me because I complained about his lack of communication. I have since discovered that Smith did little to nothing except to file suit in over 2 years of "service". I have since employed another firm that has done exceptionally well with my case and employs competent attorneys that communicate with their clients. I would not employ this attorney as he is not representing his clients best interest in my opinion from experience.
