I’m John Schulenburg and look forward to meeting you.  I own the SchulenburgLawFirm.  I was trained at one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the country.  My background is as corporate counsel and vice president for a major banking system, as a government lawyer, and as Firm owner since 1991. I help business owners, partners, contractors, investors, buyers, sellers and landlords, throughout Arizona and California with our comprehensive business law services, from forming new businesses, drafting employment and lease contracts, buying and selling companies, purchasing real estate, and advising executive management on all manner of legal questions, policies, and regulations.
