I have had a barrage of issues! I started my spousal petiton two years ago now i paid him monthly to the total sum of 3000 . When it began i was working with his "director of operations" Jose Cano. Mr Prater promised much more than delivered. We spent $3,000 for immigration court and all he did was get an extension, no other help at all. Right after one $700 payment he moved offices with no notice to us and no way to contact him. We paid his fees yet he wasted 12 months doing nothing, telling us nothing and then contacted us only 1 month before court. He gave us tasks that we couldn't fulfill in the time so my husband was deported for nothing more than a traffic violation of driving w/o a license.
