John has over 25 years of practice experience in California Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. John has operated operated his own law firm and, earlier in his career, was also the first in-house corporate counsel to a New Hampshire based 200+ employee technology company. John practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, trusts & estates, general business law and succession planning, and contracts. John is also a member of the New Hampshire Bar Associations’ Elder Law, Estate Planning and Probate Law Section, the Corporate, Banking and Business Law Section, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
