John M. Perna  owner of Perna Law Firm, received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Maryland, his Master’s Degree in Professional Education from Seton Hall University, and his Juris Doctor Degree from New York Law School.  He is currently a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and the Wake County Tenth Judicial District Bar. John is admitted to practice law before the Bar of the State of North Carolina, the Bar of the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.  John has focused his practice of law in the areas of Wills, Trusts and Estates Planning, Special Needs Planning, Guardianship, Business Planning and Formation and Asset Protection. John lives in the Town of Cary, North Carolina with his wife and three children where he is active with his church and youth sports coaching in the various local recreation leagues.
