I blew way over both on scene and at the station, it wasn't particularly close. I am sure I would not have had the same outcome with another lawyer - not guilty. Mr. Painter handled my case for three years, and kept me from making court appearances until the time was right. I was ultimately found not guilty, 100% due to this man and I feel (as I have seen many others on here mention) as though I owe him more than the legal fees I paid (which were probably a bit higher than some other attorneys at the time, but worth every penny and looking back I would have paid more). What an incredible relief when I had all but accepted that I was likely to be convicted, potentially having to wait several years before the asterisk on my record was removed (likely after the damage was already done). He works to make sure the cops are on the up and up and this one violated several protocols. It took almost a year and a half but he's worth the money. Insurance alone would have cost more than he charged. If your in union county and get stopped for as much as jaywalking I would hire John!!!
