John Wesley Oakley II, commonly known as Jay Oakley, is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, summa cum laude, and the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. Jay is licensed to practice in all courts of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Federal Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
