Last month I sang the praises of a local attorney, John Nix, who I retained to help with some probate/real estate matters. I would now like to amend that to clarify that he is, in fact, a complete "drop the ball", condescending, rude and a past his prime monument of ineptitude. Be warned. He apparently has so many clients and has so many fingers in so many areas of that law that he can't remember one from the next and neglects to take any action whatsoever. Out of a nice chunk of money with no resolution. Profoundly disappointed.
