John is amazing. I was in two MVAs a few mos apart and didn't think about a lawyer. I didn't know. Both MVAs were not at fault hit and runs. The first, I was rear-ended and the driver fled. I had PIP and called my insurance co. right away. I was accessed and prescribed treatment, one of which was PT. I was on my way to a. PT appt, taking a left on a side street from the arterial. A person on the side street decided not to wait and gunned it. Hit me and ran. I gave chase this time forcing them to pull over. Exchanged insurance but hers had lapsed. The 2nd claim was being handled by a different rep. They offered me a few hundred $ to go away. No where near enough to pay for the car. I happened to know John and started telling him my story. Long story short.... he said "wait... what..... that's not right. Send me the accident info and I'll take a look." He wasn't representing me at the time. After a few days we talked and shortly after we were in talks with the insurance co. Every step he walked me through in terms I understood (I'm no lawyer). When it was done we were both happy and I was satisfied with the outcome. Everything he taught me I share with anyone who needs to hear it. It's invaluable. He really knows what he is doing. I've recommended him before and will again.
John represented me for both of my MVA suits that happened with in 2 years of each other. Being RN and single mother of 2 teenage boys I was use to being in control of all things at all times! So you can imagine how easy I was to deal with after the accident left me with severe neck injuries that basically stopped my life where it was. The physical pain was bad but the mental and psychological anguish was FAR WORST for me. Then came the financial burden a catastrophic event like this can have on a person. Let's just say that by the time I was referred to Jason Baker's Law firm I was a real peach of a human being. I am surprised any of them put up with me. I could barley stand myself most days. Originally I worked with Jason and he was great he explained all the specifics about how a case like mine worked and why it was critical to do certain things in a timely manner etc. I began working with John shortly after my second MVA occurred while we were still in litigation on the first. I think his first words to me were "Oh, YOU are the blah blah case I have heard a lot about you" I laughed out loud. From that moment on it was like we were in sync John was amazing he walked right along side me. He never made me feel like I was less than or "felt sorry for me" he knew that would only make it worst instead he treated me like an equal. He talked to me about everything in language I understood. He allowed me to be sarcastic when I needed to and upset when I needed to, I got angry and demanding and he listened and then always brought me back to the purpose. There were times I would say "I don't care I just want this over with" to which he would respond.... Well I do and you are better than what they are offering so take a day and if you still feel that way we will go from there but I think you will feel different tomorrow and I always did. Bottom line is that I trusted John, I trusted that he had my best interest in mind not the other way around. I pray I never have to use him again but if anyone needs a great personal injury attorney this guy is it!!!!
I was hit by a car commuting on my bicycle. After several months of trying to handle my own case, I realized I needed some professional help. I was paying all my medical bills out of pocket, it was getting expensive, and I needed continued therapy. When John took over my case, I was back in physical therapy and received reimbursement rather quickly. After I had healed sufficiently, John handled all the negotiation with the at fault party on my behalf. The case was settled rather painlessly. Throughout the entire process, John was the absolute professional, it's very clear he is well skilled in personal injury law. I would highly recommend him as an attorney, and would hire him again if needed.
I had a car accident that resulted in needing extensive physical therapy and massage treatments over a period of 18 months. John Meyers represented me and was professional, thoughtful and very empathetic to my condition and in coordinating with the insurance company. As an executive that had an extremely busy schedule, he was patient and always flexible in taking calls and general follow up. I would highly recommend John Meyers to represent anyone that is injured.
I had the pleasure of working with John on a personal injury case where I was assaulted and left permanently partially disabled by a bar bouncer. Throughout the entire process, John was extremely knowledgeable, attentive to my needs, exhibited fantastic communication and in the end was able to negotiate a settlement that satisfied all of the parties involved. He is the consummate professional and I could not have asked for anyone better to handle my case. I would not hesitate to call on John Meyers again and I highly recommend him!
After being hit on my bike the last thing I wanted to worry about was getting medical bills paid or dealing with the driver's insurance - I just wanted to get well. That process took a few months - and I was very grateful for the recommendation I had received. John processed my case after I retained SWKC in Seattle. Caring about my personal well-being as well as the case throughout the entire process, John was meticulous proactive in bis communication with me and meticulous in his records. The latter so much so, that the driver's insurance settled at the maximum sum allowed under the policy - with the first letter. And, because that was so easy, John and SWKC reduced their retainer fee. Paradoxically, my own insurance initially refused to cover the "under-insured" remainder of the damage. But here John really proved his savvy and professional attitude - we eventually settled well with my insurance also. I can fully endorse John and while I hope you will never need his services - accidents are a painful experience - if you do find yourself in a similar predicament, take care of yourself, heal up, and let John represent you in all matters regarding your legal case.
Last year I was a victim in a severe car accident in which I was not sure if I would ever recover. With a Traumatic Brain injury, Vertigo and the inability to take care of myself, the last thing I was able to do was deal with everything involved with the accident. John was able to organize my case, contact multiple medical providers I had seen post accident and represented me to the other parties insurance agents to ensure I was able to heal without stress and even kept in touch with my recovery. John kept me in the loop every step of the way and made sure I was able to get my case settled with ease and ensure my medical bills were taken care of so as I could continue to move forward with my life after my accident. I would highly recommend John and his services to aid in any persons legal needs. John alleviated a lot of stress with his professionalism in explaining to me my rights and advocating in the best interests of my case. If you are looking for a quality, professional legal representative, John Meyers is absolutely the best person to assist you with breaking down and explaining to you your rights and options in the best interests of your case so you can live and move forward with your life.
John Meyers made my first experience with representation after an accident the last time I will ever go without. He kept me aware of what was happening and made sure that I received what was reasonable and right. I got the medical treatment I needed, not just what I could afford to cover. The process was painless and when the settlement finally came, all my bills were covered. Unlike previous experiences I didnt walk away unsatisfied and owing bills from the accident. Now I always tell people to get a lawyer after an accident. The insurance companies are not there for you in the long run. They are ultimately out to protect their interest and themselves. They dont want to cut you a check for more than they have to. Even if it leaves you owing. John and lawyers like him are there to make sure the insurance company backs up the commitments they made to you once they started receiving your payments. He was wonderful. Thanks John! ~Kristi

~Kristi
~Kristi

~Kristi

~Kristi
