I met with Mr. McBride as well as spoke to him on the phone 6 months later as a follow up. At no time did he discuss pay, he was more concerned with making sure that I understood what my options were and then recommended other attorney's when my needs were different than what he practices. Who does that these days? Mr. McBride does because he cares about people in need.
Mr. McBride took a great deal of time to inform me of several things I wasn't aware of, which gave me a lot of encouragement. He was extremely professional, on point, and very pleasant. There's an aspect possibly outside his specialties that may require me to be referred elsewhere, but if I can work with him, I certainly plan to do so!
As a result of closing my business, I was left liable of significant business debt that I had personally guaranteed. Mr. Bride and his staff walked me and my wife through our options and navigated our Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing. He was very prompt answering questions and providing great advice. Even after the discharge, he has remained a valuable resource and shows his desire to help his clients.
John McBride and his staff especially Michelle 1st put us at ease and helped us work through both my business and our personal bankruptcy. All the paperwork and reversions they were there to help and guide us. They took a load off of us. John was great when I had to go before the trustee and by the time it was my turn I know what to say and do. I was getting the phone calls and letters and was even served. John's office got it all stopped. Even the collector who was giving me crap, he got them to stop. Now after his office is sending out a letter to one company telling them that they are in violation of stay. If you have to go through a bankruptcy I would highly recommend the law firm of John Michael McBride they did an excellent job on our cases.
I had an initial consultation with Mr McBride regarding a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. I had a couple of unusual circumstances that required his research for legal precedent. Mr. McBride got back to me with his findings within 24 hours. He was succinct in explaining his findings and advised me with how best to proceed, while warning of a potential unfavorable outcome. I appreciated his candor and chose to hire him. Upon hiring him, there was a tremendous amount of paperwork that was required of me to be able to file my bankruptcy. Michelle Wilson, the paralegal, was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and patient with my questions in getting the required information gathered. I followed the advice received from Mr. McBride and received a favorable outcome from the trustee. There was plenty of communication from Mr McBride and his office. I was properly prepared at all times and was never caught off guard with any surprises.
Always felt like I was informed about the process and outcomes. He lived up to the recommendations received from other Attorneys I consulted about who is the best
