If you are on the calendar to close on a particular date it will be done unless the bank fails to get the loan package in time... but it will not be delayed due to his part. Awful experience to say the least. Did not properly work with our mortgage company to have all set for closing. We almost lost the sale of our home due to this law offices incompetence. They were also very unprofessional in their communication with our lender as well as ourselves, " the customer". We were very disappointed and will never recommend this law firm to anyone.

Mr. Hovendon did a fine job with our real estate, however his secretary, Emmy is a busy body. I would not recommend anyone to use this office unless she is removed.
