He told me they were going to drop my charges of delivery of heroin, possession of heroin, and delivery of a schedule 4 narcotic to one count of possession of heroin. This was about 2-3 weeks before my change of plea hearing. Then when I got to my court date, he told me that the plea was for possession of heroin AND delivery of a schedule 4 narcotic. A completely different plea than was previously stated. Then when I told him that I didn't want to take a plea for delivery, and was only willing to plea to a possession charge, he told me that anything after that court date would be another $2,000, which he knew I didn't have, as I had already sold my car to pay attorney fees and was on house arrest, and therefore was unable to work.
