I tried to use him when buying a condo. He did not reply to my repeated phone calls and I actually went to closing without him reviewing the paperwork at all. There were major errors in the paperwork, but since he never got around to reviewing them I had to handle it all myself at closing. Very stressful. He does not communicate and puts other clients first. AVOID HIM!
