Admitted to the SC Bar in 1998, after a successful military career as an Infantry Army officer.  I now limit my practice to providing Attorney Supervision to real estate transactions conducted by out of state title companies.  I supervise document preparation, some closings in the Columbia area, title searches, and disbursement and recording supervision.  I prepare title opinions and other documents such as mortgages, deeds,  etc.
