i have used this lawyer years ago and i recommend him to all my friends and family should they have a need . he always responds to your phone calls. never leaves you hanging or wondering what's up. he's excellent .and very efficient.very satisfied with his handling of my case as well as the outcome. i recommend him to everyone i know.hope you never need a lawyer but if you do.......... he's the bomb !!! he is now handling a case for my 76 year old mother. you better believe it takes patience for this but he is so nice. if he does not understand what she is trying to comunicate to him he calls me for a better view.a sales clerk dropped a bag full of cans on my mothers foot while trying to double bag them. they apologised profusley and then proceded to forget about her.{ not return phone calls or pay the hospital bills }since hiring him, we have peace to know my moms bills will be handled.

John Craven would not meet me at all during any time while representing me. I was hit from behind by a pickup truck while on IH35 in my 4-door sedan, and knocked across two lanes of traffic. I struck another vehicle while my car was out of control. Craven was my attorney, and the people in the car that I struck were represented by another attorney. That attorney got ALL the benefits for their client. I became destitute and homeless, and lost all the things I had worked a lifetime to obtain. When the insurance company received an inquiry from the Texas Department of Insurance (after I asked them to look into this), they responded that my attorney should have placed me in line to receive part of the settlement. Almost 4 years later, and I’m still overcoming many traumas and setbacks resulting from the attorney’s lack of action. He was secured as my attorney, but he did NOT represent me.
