I went ot him for a consultation about work visas. He straight up told me that my case was impossible. HE kept interrupting me and not willing to help. After 15 minutes, he told me the only way to stay here was getting married or staying illegal. He practically encourage me to stay illegal or get an illegal marriage. It is sad how somebody can encourage something like that! I left the office and never looked back. Do not hire him!!

I retained him for a vawa case (victims of abuse) after having a consultation over the skype video chat at his las vegas office. It seemed they acted very quick and in a timely manner. However, after giving him a $2000 initial retainer fee, plus$ 500 monthly for 6 month, I was never able to reach him personally, only was able to leave messages on the voice mail machine. The associates never returned my calls and I was the one who had to call USCIS for my petition status. After USCIS requested for more evidence, I called the office like everyday and finally got in touch with a receptionist at the las vegas office who had no knowledge on immigration law. She had me come in for another video chat with John and all he did was askig me for $1500 more fee! I trusted him along over a year even with the frustration of not being able to reach properly, but I was told immigration matters are timely uncontrollable since they have no power over the government, I believe that I was being very patient. I called USCIS but they said since i had a representation by John, i needed to contact with him to be able to get my information(letter from them and so forth.) Ive been considering suing this attorney, I need an attorney who handles malpractice attorney cases. And wow. He was cited from the state bar, my huge mistake. Do not hire him.
