After 15 minutes, he told me the only way to stay here was getting married or staying illegal. He practically encourage me to stay illegal or get an illegal marriage. After USCIS requested for more evidence, I called the office like everyday and finally got in touch with a receptionist at the las vegas office who had no knowledge on immigration law. She had me come in for another video chat with John and all he did was askig me for $1500 more fee! I trusted him along over a year even with the frustration of not being able to reach properly, but I was told immigration matters are timely uncontrollable since they have no power over the government, I believe that I was being very patient. I called USCIS but they said since i had a representation by John, i needed to contact with him to be able to get my information(letter from them and so forth.) Ive been considering suing this attorney, I need an attorney who handles malpractice attorney cases. And wow. He was cited from the state bar, my huge mistake. Do not hire him.
