John Pensa is an amazing attorney. He is compassionate, non judgemental and most importantly: great at being a lawyer. I had a case filed against me that could have resulted in 2 1/2 years of jail time. I was very stressed out. John took my calls many times to patiently listen to my concerns and alleviate them. He ultimately go my cased completely dismissed, although there was video evidence. He told me that was his goal but I did not believe it was possible. If the police want to speak to you, politely decline and engage John as your attorney. I am so grateful I did.
Met John about 3 years ago and right from the beginning he made me calm and told me everything was going to work out. He worked very hard for me and did not stop,even working off the clock. He got me a much lesser sentence than I was facing because of his hard work. I would recommend him to anyone that wants a hard working lawyer on his/her side. Thanks John for everything,Scott.
I was very worried when I started the whole court process over custody with my son. I hired john and through the whole process made me feel comfortable . Also had a fair rate. I would highly recommend him.
