In the end John and my friend's attorney negotiated directly with the property owner, convincing them of our innocence and compelling them to drop the vandalism charge - thereby sidestepping the zealous prosecutor. Up until that point it looked like we were headed to trial, and no one wants to take a gamble on what 12 people who couldn't get out of jury duty think about a case. John kept our case in our control, and probably got us just about the best outcome we could hope for. Make no mistake, I would definitely recommend John. However you should be prepared to be left a bit in the dark while he works.
