In the end, Mr. Belcher secured a successful outcome for me and the judge awarded me everything that I asked for plus a little bonus__my husband was required to reimburse me for my legal fees! How sweet is that? It is an understatement to say that I could not have chosen a better attorney to represent me. In 2007 my significant other was charged with Accessory after the fact to murder. He retained an attorney whom we later realized was looking out for the best interest of the prosecutors, but not before this attorney was able to persuade him to take a plea bargain. After years of court continuances and him being rejected by the job force we decided that we had to do something and that is where Mr. Belcher stepped in. Now my family is able to move on with our lives and my significant other will be able to have this charge expunged from his record.
