Once when I hired him and once the day before the hearing. He made no effort to familiarize himself with my situation. He didn't speak with family members, former employers, my doctor, my therapists, or anyone else who could have given him more background information about me. It seemed he just didn't really care about me or my circumstances. Like he had a if we win he gets paid if we don't oh well no skin off his teeth attitude.
