I was referred to Lisa from another attorney for help in the matter of a property assessment valuation from the Maricopa County Assessor. I tried on my own first but was unable to navigate the legal jargon from the County Assessors Office. When I met Lisa, she was very receptive to our issues and communicated to us in easy to understand terms. She was extremely knowledgeable in the area of concern and presented a straight forward case to the defendant. We won this case early without it dragging on due to her factual knowledge in discovering mistakes that were made. If we had lost this case, I still would be very satisfied with Lisa's handling of the litigation. Lisa was clear, concise, good communicator and easy to talk with. We thank you Lisa.

We worked with Lisa (DeConcini McDonald) to help with a complicated situation involving probate of an estate along with an existing trust. At the time of our father's death, we suspected that someone close to him had been illegally removing money and assets from his estate/trust. Lisa was outstanding from the beginning and took the time to listen and understand our perspective. We did not know exactly how this situation was going to turn out, but Lisa provided us with all of the information we needed. This process took over 2 years and throughout the process Lisa was constantly accessible and very communicative; when we needed something, Lisa was there immediately. Due to the complexity of our situation, we were weary that the person responsible for stealing from our father would not be held responsible. Lisa and her team worked tirelessly, pouring through tens of thousands of documents from the past 15 years, in order to make sure all bases were covered. Again, this was a very complicated situation involving several legal issues. Lisa took each head on and did a great job managing them to completion; we reached the best resolution possible with Lisa's help. She is extremely competent and goes above and beyond. We would recommend Lisa to anyone who needs the aid of an honest, hard working attorney.

Lisa Bowey and the team at DeConcini McDonald Yetwin & Lacy, P.C. Barron & Associates were great in assisting my with setting up a Guardianship. After my grandmother's passing, I found myself caring for my aunt, who is mentally challenged and has numerous disabilities and medical needs. I quickly learned that in order for me to properly care for her and get to all the doctors we need to see I had to get a legal Guardianship. Lisa and team helped me through an emotionally heavy process. Lisa guided me with compassion and professionalism. I am eternally grateful and will seek Lisa out for any future needs in this area!

I used Lisa and Deconcini McDonald for a partition of real estate and she by far exceeded every aspect of the litigation. She got me more than what I asked for originally and she is very Straight forward and honest with her dealings. I would highly recommend her for ANY type of matter you have! She can negotiate with other attorneys very well and she does not back down when it comes to getting you what you deserve. I was even out of state for the litigation but she made sure that I was very well informed and gave me sound advice on what we should do next. She treats all of her clientele very well I’m assuming from the experience I had. If you’re in the state of Arizona and you’re in need of a attorney I would not hesitate on hiring her and her office personal for the job! Thank you for the great work Lisa!

My mom has always had a very comprehensive trust including POA, MPOA, especially since I was the only child and no other relatives. She was diagnosed with Alzheimers in 2013, she had been doing relatively well until 2017 when it became clear that we needed to activate the POA's that were in place. Long story short as with most Alzheimer's patients they think that they are fine and that their family is trying to take undue control. She was advised by a friend to rescind the POA and make other changes which set off a litany of issues. I reached out to Deconcini McDonald Yetwin & Lacy and was assigned Lisa Bowey as my attorney. Lisa worked with me to understand the complexities of everything that had happened over the last six months and then provided a plan to ensure that I would be able to take care of my mom as I need to as outlined in the original POA that had been in place for over 30 years prior. Lisa worked seamlessly with opposing counsel and created a plan that satisfied everyone involved in the process. Lisa always ensured that my thoughts, opinions, frustrations and needs were always listened to and addressed. Through challenges she was steadfast and always explained the options on the table. In the end a great solution was agreed to and in turn a horribly negative family situation was turned into a positive one. Lisa was fantastic and I would highly recommend her. If you are reading this and have an elderly parent with Alzheimers or Dimentia and have POA, MPOA, Trust or any elder legal issue reach out to Lisa today! My advice having gone through this saga is even if you think your family has all the correct legal documentation in place reach out to Lisa before taking any steps or actions, it can save you a ton of undue stress and time.
