Their house they lived in together is being foreclosed and I have a lien on it for past due child support. So, I was served to appear for the foreclosure. It is going to get very ugly because this is the woman's second foreclosure, second husband, second or third bankruptcy, etc. She just does not pay any bills and looks for men with whom she thinks has money. This may be my very last chance to get my past due child support from the sale of this house. I was represented by the DOJ, and when my ex-husband died, they dropped the case and refuse to go after the estate that was swindled by the mother. They call it shady but they can't do anything.
