Kyle A. Ewing is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Group. He has previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable James C. Mahan in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. As a law clerk, he drafted orders and bench memoranda, prepared materials for hearings and trials, and performed legal research. In law school, he was the recipient of the Weldon B. White Prize for best paper of the graduating class in fulfillment of the advanced writing requirement and was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.
