He quoted me a price and did not go by his word it seems that all he was worried about was money I would get charged for emails and phone calls. I would get my bill and it would have a charge for talking with client over the phone this guy is a joke stay away !

I received a portion of my settlement and he held $1000 in trust in case any issues came up. Since then, I have not gotten my settlement in it’s entirety, and have made several attempts to contact Joel because he has my money in trust. I have explained the issue via email, and in my many voicemails, all of which are documented. He recently (FINALLY) responded after several months asking what the issue was. Are you kidding me? And then he charged me for that response never acknowledging my actual issue. I am incredibly disappointed and am at a loss as to what to do.
