All charges should have been acquittals, but because of the poor decisions made by Jo Marr Wilson my husband is now in prison for six of the 14 charges, even though three of the charges were dropped in court, due to my daughter's testimony! Jo Marr Wilson refused to give my husband 100% of a defense resulting in a 110 year sentence by a corrupt judge! I told Joe that he should press for a psychological evaluation on my daughter. I tried to give new evidence to Joe and he flat out refused to talk to me EVER! Also I found out Jo Marr Wilson was paid almost $15,000. to lose my husband's case, helping out the prosecution...

Worst attorney in town. Couldn’t beat his way out of a wet paper sack. I told him to ask the witness a simple question. He didn’t do it, he also recommended I not testify. Bad idea, guilty. I am innocent of this charge & he couldn’t even come close to beating it. The DA was a total amateur & Joe Marr Wilson got eaten alive that day in court. I could have done a better job myself. I should have fired him on the spot, maybe the judge would have declared a mistrial. Don’t pay him a dime. He’s lucky I don’t file a complaint against him w the Texas bar association.

Despite finding exclusionary evidence, he proceeded with a bad lawsuit, against SBOT Ethics Code of Ethical conduct, just to get paid by the insurance company he sued. Corruption, plain and simple. He is kot allowed to serve as counsel on ANY Capital Cases either, and for good reason.
