Mr. Hariton’s vast experience includes serving as lead counsel in a multitude of mediations, arbitrations and trials. He has secured recoveries far in excess of the one million dollar benchmark for injured plaintiffs numerous times and he has litigated multimillion dollar claims on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.
