My practice is focused in the areas of banking, secured transactions and real estate. I am in house counsel for Washington Trust Bank, a Pacific Northwest based community bank.   I have extensive experience handling complex commercial loan documentation with emphasis on collateralized loans, loan workouts and debt restructuring.  I am also a University of Montana Bertha Morton Scholar and an Adjunct Professor teaching real property in the paralegal program at Spokane Community College.
