Jodi's employment and labor law practice consists of representing employers with regards to litigation, class actions, and human resource matters. We agreed to arbitration, and Jodi did a wonderful job-we're very happy with the results. Jodi also is representing us in an OSHA wrongful termination claim that is ongoing.
