I hired Joan for some parenting plan issues I was having after my divorce. I hired her to help resolve the issues at hand. Instead what I got was an attorney that would tell me to contact my ex and try and resolve things that way instead of taking action on my behalf. After Joan saw the issues repeating themselves, I asked to bring this in front of a judge. Joan dismissed my issues and problems and request to take the problems in front of a judge.
