Jinnifer joined Karnopp Petersen in 2006. During her final year of law school, she served as the head law clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Portland, Oregon, where she prosecuted federal misdemeanors.Jinnifer attended Montana State University on a women’s basketball scholarship. After graduating from college, Jinnifer served as an intern and as a legislative correspondent for United States Senator Max Baucus in Washington, D.C. This experience spurred Jinnifer’s interest in the law and led her to Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College.  There, Jinnifer served on the Editorial Board of Lewis & Clark Law Review, was research assistant to Dean James Huffman, was a student bar association officer, and was captain of the law school basketball team.
