OVERVIEWDuring this pandemic, we provide legal counsel to both employees and small to medium-sized businesses to new federal, NY state, and NYC laws and regulations related to workplace rights during the Covid-19 Pandemic. As examples, this includes but not limited to: maintaining workplaces free from danger to employees' health and/or safety; paid/ unpaid sick leave; changes to unemployment benefits rules; providing reasonable accommodation to disabled employees; and compliance with anti-discrimination statutes, under OSHA, the ADA, the FMLA, the FCA and NYSFCA, the NYS Whistleblower Law, the NY Labor Law, NYS Human Rights law & NYC Human Rights Law despite the pandemic. Human Rights Law, as amended, and the N.Y.C.
