Excellent job working my case. He is a highly skilled attorney that produced the results I needed.
Jim Walker got me the maximum amount possible from the insuring company. I tried alone and they were disrespectful to my injuries. But Mr. Walker stepped in and got the entire amount of the insurance policy. I highly recommend him to my family and friends.
Mr. Walker took my case to trial and won me over $500,000. He was an absolute professional through the entire process and gave me fantastic advice. I am so glad I listened to his advice and followed it. I was tempted to settle for much less but I followed his advice instead and it was the best decision I ever made!!!!
Jim took my case when the "big shot" attorneys wouldn't even give me the time of day. He worked diligently for me and got me a nice settlement. I'd recommend him to anyone.
It has been my pleasure to work with Mr. Walker on several occasions through various projects.. His knowledge base is very diverse and he always sees his cases out to the end, for the very best possible result. Mr. Walker serves his client's with sincerity and thoughtfulness. It is my pleasure to recommend him as your attorney, as he will always be my first choice of legal and civil council.
I tried 2 others before Jim. They didn't do anything with my case they didn't think they could win. Jim got me a $175,000 settlement. I call that win and he treated me in respect.
Jim was aligned with a credit repair company run by Steven Palmieri and I worked with them to repair items on my credit report. Their model was to sue the debt collectos and force settlement. I had a small (about $200) item on my report and they convinced me to use their "model" to sue them, even though the amount was small. But that collector counter-sued claiming frivolous lawsuit. Fair Debt Collection Practices law protects such lawsuits from being considered frivolous, but somehow Walker lost a summary judgment argument, and the court awarded the other party $59,000! At the very least a competent attorney should have been able to use valid debt collection law to show the judge why the suit was NOT frivolous, but Walker was not able to do this. So now I'm left living with a $59,000 judgment against me, and Walker and Palmieri washed their hands of it entirely. All from an ill-advised suit on a small amount of money, which was then bungled by Walker.
I went to Jim with a tax matter. After our first day speaking I had great hopes for Jim and assisting me with my tax matter. I sent him all of my information and a week has gone by I finally heard from him. He asked me for a few documents so i sent them the same day. He would request those same documents 2 other times. I finally asked a good time to meet him and discuss my tax issue, Jim would dodge my question and wouldn't answer it, he wouldn't even call me back after he said he will. Finally after Jim trying to work on my case for a few weeks he told me he couldn't help me. I would advise anyone do not go to this attorney he is the worse and doesn't communicate clearly. Very unprofessional
