I came to the attorney Jim Melo for a criminal case here in Raleigh, North Carolina. The attorney quoted me a reasonable fee for my charges and allowed me to make monthly payments. Each month I would call and the lovely assistants would help in a quick, easy and friendly way. Any time I had any questions in regards to my case I would call the office and if I couldnt reach the attorney Jim that same day he would return my call no longer than 1 to two days after. Nonetheless my case was resolved effectively and I would recommend him to anyone!

I have a case with this lawyer, and we signed a contract with him to have him work on it for us. He said he would call us back within 3 moths to let us know where the case stands at. Its been a year and we never heard anything, I have called his office so many times and haven't heard anything from him. He never return phone calls. I wouldn't recommend working with him at all. Lawyers have to do their job, and keep you posted. I am getting a new lawyer to see what I can do about this, because this is not acceptable.
