Jill was wonderful to meet with and put our mind at ease concerning our estate planning needs. She was professional, has a deep knowledge of the area, and cares about individual needs and circumstances.
I had a very tricky situation with my ailing father and Jill helped the two of us find options for him and make sure he had finances in place for the care he needed. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!
My husband and I contacted Jill to draft our wills and setup a trust for our children. We wanted to get it done before heading out of the country on vacation because you just never know. Even with the time crunch we gave her, Jill was very easy to work with and explained everything clearly and was always willing to answer our questions. We’ll look to her in the future for any other estate planning needs we may have.
I hired Jill Sauber to represent my sister and I in a complex probate dispute involving a trust and services for a dying woman. Her counsel was expert, humane, kept the needs of the vulnerable adult foremost and led to an excellent resolution.
I met Jill shortly after my divorce. She was so helpful and knowledgeable on how to handle the questions and "what ifs" of a new single mom. After our first meeting I felt so at ease with her as if we were old friends
Jill was recommended by my funeral home. But when it came to actually hiring her she begged off with an unusual response of saying several times 'I don't understand what you're asking' and 'I think we have a personality difference'. It was a basic question and legal issue, that she said to call her back for when Probate had concluded. But when I called back as she requested, she then dropped the ball. Disappointed in her lack of interest and inability to explain why she would not take my case, after she said she would.
I do not recommend Jill Sauber. I found her to be unprofessional and insensitive. She collected my money but did not resolve my claim. Her communication was poor and she has left many questions unanswered. I am now in a position of having to start my claim all over with a new attorney. Months of time and thousands of dollars invested with Jill Sauber for nothing.
