Jill successfully represented me through a very difficult divorce/custody battle, the subsequent appeal, and more recently assisted with me obtaining back child support and daycare expenses. Her knowledge of Nebraska's legal system was impressive, and her advice on dealing with my frustratingly uncooperative ex-wife outside of the courtroom (which we later brought up in court to our benefit) proved indispensable to my case. She responded promptly to my calls and emails, and treated me fairly and with understanding. Highly recommended.

Impatient, unrealistic, doesn’t care about children in divorce cases, poor communication

Jill harker does not respond to emails and or phone calls but charges for reading the emails she never answered. I found myself pretty much begging her to return my calls on her vm. Never got a bill conveniently until after I had to file for bankruptcy (2 years later). Jill also seemed incredibly nervous in court and not very confident. Take your business elsewhere.

Ms. Harker failed to return phone calls and emails, repeatedly. She was unprepared when we showed up to court. She mis-pronounced my name in front of the judge. I fired her, and retained new counsel.
