Guarascio Law Group is a boutique labor and employment law firm formed by Jill M. Guarascio in 2011. We are located in St. Matthews and we represent employee’s in a variety of labor and employment matters in Jefferson and surrounding counties. We also provide a variety of services to small businesses in those areas as well. If you are an employee experiencing issues in your workplace, you may have a valid cause of action and need legal assistance. We have represented numerous employees against some of the areas largest employers who have experienced discrimination at work, harassment, issues with overtime pay, etc.. Conversely, if you are small business in the area, you may be seeking guidance on how to avoid stepping into legal trouble. Many employers are unaware of the various labor and employment laws applicable to their business. We can provide your company training, policy and handbook materials.
