I was referred to Attorney Aleshire by a neighbor friend. I had spoken with a bunch of other attorneys over the years in hopes to correct my status. Each one reccomended that I stay out of trouble and hope for the laws to change. Ms Aleshire listened to my whole story and asked me a ton of questions and figured out a way to not only get me here legally but also on the track to citizenship. I cannot thank her enough or say enough good things about her. She is now part of my family and I refer all my friends to her. She is a lawyer who opens her heart and tries her best. I am blessed to have finally found a good lawyer.

Sought out help from Ms. Aleshire in Florida. It appears she is trying to have a remote office in Florida, but it is out of a "friend's" criminal attorney's office. Took money and has had little communication since. She actually filed an application for aslyum WITHOUT the applicant wishing to do so. Had a non-native English speaker sign without explaining what she was signing. Very unresponsive. When confronted with legal questions and doubt, she began sweating profusely. She didn't have record of documents given to her previously and never had anything prepared. Never communicated as to status of case. Filed applications without knowing (or perhaps knowing) they would 100% be denied because of lack of eligibility. To be honest, I think she needs to be reported to the BAR and have her license revoked. DO NOT hire this attorney.

Our company hired Jill to help with many illegals we wanted to sponsor that were working for us. She took in excess of 200K and 3 years later we have NOTHING but expired perm's because she did not do her job, all we got was a lot of excuses.

I hired Ms Aleshire to help me with my immigration case.Having exhausted most of my options,I knew my case called for a lawyer with fine legal mind and tenacity. She lacked both although she conned me into believing she had those qualities. She was in a hurry to get the retainer; As soon as I paid the it,the game started. She would ask me to come to her office to sign off on the petition three times but on each visit she had a disingenuous excuse having to do with personal matters. She used delay tactics for more than a month even as I implored her that time was of the essence. She was unprofessional when she showed up late to an appointment in gymnastic clothing. She would later bill me for her lateness and a wasted appointment. She had no qualms billing me for services she did not render when I terminated the contract.
