So I ended up spending 17 days in jail for violating my own order of protection for a total of 12 counts which out of all those calls he was charged zero counts. Judge released me once I went before him and was shocked that I was in jail for violating my own order of protection. My attorney was absolutely NOT nice and rude to my family as well. Being appointed as my attorney I would have hoped she would have had an ounce of understanding of my situation but no. Felt like I was a habitual criminal who committed a heinous felony based on how I was treated. Who wants an attorney who judges us even though court appointed I am sure she does not have to take those kind of cases.

Jessica was appointed to me by the courts. From day one she came off as a prosecutor vs my defense attorney. She hardly listened to anything I had to say. She was very discouraging and frankly rude, mean and cold hearted. I do not believe that she worked in my best interest, nor am I happy with the outcome.
