Ms. Bentz helped represented me in my bankruptcy. I was told by other attorneys that they would not take my case because I had too many foreclosures from investment properties I owned. They kept telling me that the trustee would never allow my BK to discharge. One attorney tried to charge me twice as much as the industry standard. Ms. Bentz told me she would at least look at my case free of charge. She then told me it was something she could get done, I was not over charged, and my BK was discharged within 120 days of filing.
