Mr. White represented me in a multidisciplinary law matter, and did so with demonstrated ethics, offering reasonable options and perspectives for the end goal. Mr. White is highly personable and has excellent communication skills, as I have experienced as the client, but also witnessed in his interactions with the bench and opposing counsel. The entire staff is professional and helpful.
Mr. White and Barbara are wonderful. I'm very nervous and confused about the process and they never make me feel like a bother. They are patient and answer my question. And they really know what they are talking about!!! I would recommend them. Thank you Jesse and Barbara.
Mr. White represented me in my divorce from my abusive ex-husband. After enduring over fifteen years of physical and emotional abuse from him, I finally made the decision to leave him when he lost his temper and choked me in front of my three year old son. Mr. White was very friendly and understanding during my initial meeting with him. This being my first divorce, I didn't know what to expect. I had always stayed at home to care for my children and I had no college eduction or work experience. After I hired him, he and his staff always returned my phone calls. At times I probably called too much, but they never lost patience with me. His legal assistant, Barbara, was especially friendly and helpful. I don't think I could have made it through this difficult time without her constant assurance that everything would be okay. In the end, Mr. White surpassed my expectations. He was tough with the other lawyer and made sure that I was not taken advantage of again. I was able to keep my home thanks to spousal support and child support. I was finally free of my ex-husband and was able to move on with my life. I now recommend Mr. White to all of my friends and family. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!
I hired him for a divorce. Initially paid $2000, was nice but moved slow. I did have a complicated case. He asked for another $1000 and gave him that. After $3000, years and no divorce, I found another attorney that had me divorced within months. Got no money back.
Had him handle my divorce over a year ago. We had a complicated custody situation going on. After paying him almost 3000.00 we went to court where we had planned on having a hearing and arguing all these things so that I would get a fair share of custody and several other things. Instead he is all chummy with my ex's lawyer and they decided to "confer" instead. He comes back with this agreement, which gave me the absolute bare legal minimum to everything. When I asked him about the stuff we talked about and actually having a hearing. He said by then it was too late to get a judge that day, so we'd have to reschedule which would cost me another 1500.00 or more for him to do so. Or I Could sign the papers and be able to have visitation with my child. Being over the barrel I signed. Now there is a real mess going on with my ex and the safety of my daughter. Because of his bad advice, jurisdiction was moved to another state (he told me that wasn't possible during the divorce) and to the courts and on paper, it looks like I was in agreement with everything on the decree, ex is using it to make it look like I didn't care what went on because I signed the papers, regardless of the circumstances. The judges here said the same thing. Now I have to hire lawyers in another state just to be able to see my child. Had Jesse gave me sound advice to start with, or maybe actually FOUGHT for me like an attorney should for his client, I wouldn't be in this mess. Not to mention, I actually spoke to Jesse twice during the whole ordeal. His paralegal is the only one I communicated with during the majority of the situation. She was nice and all, but still, no point if I can't see my daughter and my ex is in another state thumbing her nose at me.
