I was fighting a custody battle from another state. Jesse took on my case after I had already started it. I had it almost everything in order but needed legal representation for the end of it and expecially if I was going to go to trial. During this experience I was trying to get visitation with my son so Jesse wrote up a petition to do so. However Jesse filled out the cover page incorrectly I traveled 6 hours for this court hearing just for the judge to look at it and say this makes no sense I don't know what you're asking for and tossed it out of court. So I was unable to see my child and I also wasted 3 days off work and a total of 12 hours for the driveing. Now one year later something else has come back to bite me. Jesse wrote up the final order, and he gave my ex three months to get his Affairs in order before he had to start paying me child support which I also agreed to a $100 payment because he had no stable income. However when Jesse wrote up the order he accidentally put 2016 instead of 2015 for my child support to begin! California is where my ex resides now. That state found him and seized his bank account to give me the money he owed me... However because of this type O his money was released back to him. So now it has cost me a Year's worth of child support payments. The first mishap was very upsetting especially because I drove so far and I was not allowed to see my child because of a simple mistake Jesse made on a cover page. But now this is the second mistake!?and it is costing me thousands! I have tried to contact Jesse to see if he's willing to make up for his mistake... absolutely no responses from him in over a month and a half.
