Jesse D. Rodgers is an associate attorney in the Denver and New York offices of Lewis, Brisbois, Bisgaard & Smith, LLP. His practice areas include toxic torts, asbestos litigation, general liability, products liability, legal malpractice and premises liability. He has successfully prepared and argued numerous motions, including motions for summary judgment, motions to compel discovery and motions in limine. In 2016, Jesse co-chaired a trial in the NYC Asbestos Litigation on behalf of a Fortune 500 electrical distribution company, assisting lead trial counsel and national counsel. Previously, Jesse has served as a court-appointed mediator for the Superior Court of New Jersey. He has also successfully represented clients at trial who have been charged with criminal offenses in New Jersey municipal courts.After graduating law school, Jesse served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable N. Peter Conforti, J.S.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Sussex County.
