We went to an informational meeting about wills and trusts and passing our estate onto the next generation. Jessa was one of the speakers that day and we were so impressed with her and Attorney Doug Jackson that we made an appointment to meet with them about getting our estate in order. From the time we first met with her she was professional, organized, and on top of everything we needed. She answered all our questions and was quick to get back with us on anything that we had concerns with. We had quite a few deeds to handle and she just was amazing how quickly and efficiently she was able to get everything in order for us - In all it probably took a month for her and Doug to have our estate and will in order with all the provisions that we had requested. She was just wonderful to work with and made us feel at ease about all we had to get done. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who is needing this type of work done. Thanks Jessa
Jessa is very efficient in performing her duties. She kept us notified via e-mail, postal mail, and telephone calls when necessary to complete the closing of a family Trust in a timely manner. I would recommend her to anyone needing legal advise and/or actions.
Jessa took the time to increase my knowledge on our medicaid systems, the IRS rules for Gifting and information pertaining to my family's monetary positions. I had 2 meetings along with multiple phone conversations, and she charged me fairly, I believe I could call her and ask her questions and she would steer me in the right direction. My own personal research questions were answered, I realized our family should have been considering many simple options for years. Don't wait! research this!
After my parents died, I was in way over my head. They came to my home and just took all the weight off my shoulders. I turned all the legal stuff over to them. I did not have to worry about anything. They were so caring and willing to have me sit back and let them do all the work. Which they did. I just had to sign my signature. Any questions that I had were answered right away or were directed to where I could find the answer. I thank them for making this time so much easier to deal with.
