Jeremiah took my case for one price, he had to do a lot more work but did not charge more, he said " a price is a price" I got my green card An honest lawyer.
Jerry was the only lawyer who agreed to review my difficult situation and to offer his help, when all other "big name" attorneys turned their backs on me and left me completely desperate. It took me years to obtain legal status, but Jerry stuck by me throughout the time. I am truly grateful for everything he has done for me. With decades of experience practising law he possesses brilliant knowledge of the system and is not afraid of challenges. He is honest, sincere and thoughtful. He truly cares about his clients and their destinies. If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't be here today.
Mr Stuchiner won our asylum case after a denial by the Immigration Judge. He won at the Ninth Circuit which issued a published opinion condemning the Immigration Judge for his actions. What a Lawyer.
What an attorney, so much experience, was a previous US INS officer and US Consul. Did what no other could do, I was in major trouble, but he won my asylum even after the government appealed. He won at the circuit court.
Mr. Stutchiner is friendly until he gets his money. Very dismissive and rude following payment. He did not follow through on his end of the agreement to help get residency. Paid 3500 for 2 appearances in court and one filing. I have recommended him in the past. Now I find him dishonest and disrespectful to his clients. We overlooked his past mistakes because of his repor with the Judge. I now find him reproachable and his treatment of respectable clients is unacceptable in any service. Overall he is demeaning and not helpful. Not someone that you want to deal with during a stressful or tough time. Don't be fooled by his helpful and knowledgeable approach in the beginning. He'll took our payment for 2 court appearances and has disregarded us completely after the two court appearances. He does have good repoir with the judge and USCIS lawyers
My spouse and I hired him for assistance in filing for the Provisional Waiver. What made this a negative experience is that, he never followed up with us and when we contacted him he became very irritated and provided conflicting information. At the end, after paying large amounts for multiple consultations, we had to find another legal expert. Due to all this, my spouse nearly lost his case.
He was helping to fix my status in USA, but he had an actitud every time I would ask something. In the end didn't help me at all, he left me on my own with my case which I lost, of course. I end up being in Mexico with no chances to go back to USA where my family waits for me. I would never recommend him to anyone.
