Mr Shiles answered my copious and detailed questions. I was so happy to have his complete answers, because I am a detailed oriented person.
Mr. Shiles communicates in a concise but personable manner. He did an irrevocable trust for me and it was such a relief knowing my children are protected.
He did a trust, LLC and grantor trust for us. He was very helpful and answered any questions we had. have plan was finished he will help with anything we don't understand. He was very pleasant to work with.
Mr Shiles and his team made estate planning painless! He answered all of our questions in a way that made me valued for having asked the question. He was so patient as we explained our situation.
Jerry was very helpful in helping my wife and I update our Estate Trusts.
Mr. Shiles handled my guardianship case in Oklahoma while I was living in another state. He made everything very simple for me. Since the hearing, Mr. Shiles has continued to guide me with his legal expertise. He responds very quickly to my never ending stream of questions. His rates are very reasonable, especially considering his level of experience. I definitely recommend him to everyone who is or will be handling things for loved ones. It was an enormous relief to have Mr. Shiles navigate the legal waters so that I could focus my attention on taking care of other matters relating to my loved one. If you come to the point where you ask yourself if you need an elder law attorney, the answer is yes, you probably do. Fortunately, Oklahomans have Mr. Shiles for that!
Mr. Shiles assisted my wife and me to set up our trust. What peace of mind we felt as we left the office, knowing that we had been guided on our path in expert fashion. Mr. Shiles and his staff did everything they could to make us comfortable and to keep us in the loop at every turn. Each member of the team went above and beyond!
Jerry is knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly, curtious, very informative and helpful. He guided us through the trust maze with ease and made us feel comfortable with our decisions. I enjoy our meetings and would recommend Jerry to anyone.
I hired this attorney to resolve my father's estate. He didnt listen. He charged me 500 for my initial consultation when he told me it was free. I gave him a 3500 retainer to give me information I already I'm knew. He didnt communicate with me at all and follow up with the other attorney. Overall he was just lazy and spent most of my retainer. All I asked was for him to help close the estate and have the executor be held accountable. He told me a bunch of excuses about his daughter having surgery and him being sick. He works for Parman and Easterday and he couldnt have his legal secretary call me back. He was condescending and charged me $300 hr. Do not hire this attorney he will RIP you off even though he seems like he will help he doesnt care.
