I am President of ShermoenJaksa, PLLC.  We have offices in Duluth and Int'l Falls, Minnesota.  Our firm prides itself on personal attention to each client's unique needs.  I have worked in personal injury litigation for over  20 years, 17 as a practicing attorney and prior to that working as a litigation assistant and investigator.  I have tried numerous cases to a jury with excellent results.  In this area of the law, insurance companies have to know you are serious about the case.  If your attorney is not willing to try the case, it puts you at a serious disadvantage.
