A few months ago, Jerry defended me through a difficult trial. We won. It marked the end of 2 years of an emotionally draining litigation. Jerry faced a very aggressive attorney representing my ex-wife. He remained compassionate and incredibly supportive throughout this two-year ordeal. And when faced with dirty tactics, he remained deeply ethical. Jerry made every possible attempt to settle and, alas, we had to go all the way to trial. He represented me well and demonstrated that I was a committed father to my children. Thank you, Jerry, for being a great attorney, as well as a great individual.

I don't think you can make a better choice than retaining Attorney Aaron to work with you on your divorce. And that is how it is, he works WITH you, he does not, as too many other divorce attorneys do, pontificate, throw his ego around (though he has the credentials and experience worthy of a major ego), or take you down paths that turn out to have been for his benefit and not yours. He takes a calm, reasonable, strategic approach to a divorce, and is always looking to work things out in ways that are least damaging to both parties, and least hurtful for kids. However, should things turn ugly, he is also a very tough negtiator, and very skilled in the nuances of the battlefield of trial. He has appeared before every judge in the Middlesex divorce courts, and he is known in other counties as well. He is open to hearing your questions, and wants to be sure you understand what is happening, and will also listen carefully to your input. I retained Attorney Aaron in 2005. My divorce was in 2008. Attorney Aaron was the first attorney I retained, and the only one. My divorce included business matters, real estate matters, trusts, accusations of domestic abuse, and other nasty tactics by the other side. Attorney Aaron helped me keep my cool during it all. If you are faced with this very disturbing prospect of divorce, you can be much more hopeful if you have Attorney Aaron on your side.

Mine was a complicated case, requiring bankruptcy and real estate lawyers, forensic computer speciaists, accountants, etc. Attorney Aaron managed the team and focused their work to leverage my limited funds. He explained my options and their implications in plain English. He was very accessible. His calm demeanor, compassion and reasoned responses were calming for both sides during a painful and frightening experience. I have the utmost respect for him as an attorney and as a person.

I retained Attorney Aaron toward the end of a very contentious divorce after having had consults with many other so-called “family lawyers”. Attorney Aaron “gets it”. He knows the law, he’s bright, compassionate, understanding, cuts through all the static that is inevitably associated with a divorce and simply gets the job done. My now ex was extremely combative and highly emotional. Attorney Aaron somehow calmed her and the agreement got done. In fact, my ex commented that she actually liked him-something that I wasn’t pleased to hear at first-but realized that it was crucial to the outcome. In addition, as a practical matter, he is known to everyone at the Norfolk Family and Probate Court-something I had no appreciation for until I worked with him. I got the distinct impression that the people at the courthouse respect Attorney Aaron immensely because he isn’t your typical divorce attorney who wastes the court’s time (taxpayer’s money) and his client’s time (their money) by escalating emotions. I recommend Attorney Aaron enthusiastically and without reservation.
